Initially, Chrissy was instrumental in finding us homes to look at that met our requirements. When none of those panned out, she went the extra mile to contact the seller of a home that had been taken off the market. It was a delicate situation, but she was the consummate professional. The transaction involved many months of visits and complex negotiations. Throughout, Chrissy was diligent, yet sensitive to both ours and the sellers’ positions. The sale was the highest priced home purchase in Sussex county in two years, and upon appraisal, Chrissy helped guide us through re-negotiations to make sure we got a fair deal.
